Grant Opportunity Tracker is an instant download sold on Etsy. Sample data in the demo file is fictional and clearly marked.
View on EtsyBoards often hear the total of every grant in the pipeline, which is the one figure a grants manager knows won't arrive.
A weighted pipeline is the more honest number. Multiply each open request by its chance of being funded, then add the results. For illustration: a 50,000 request at 30% counts as 15,000, and a 20,000 renewal at 80% counts as 16,000. Awarded grants count at 100% and declined ones at zero. Showing a conservative and an optimistic version next to it tells the board how wide the range is.
The probabilities are judgment calls, so write down how you set them and revisit them after every decision. That habit makes the forecast something a board can question rather than take on faith.
Grant Tracker Pro builds this in Excel and Google Sheets. Each opportunity is scored 0 to 25 on strategic, geographic, eligibility and capacity fit, for a 0 to 100 priority (85 and above is Pursue Immediately). You can type your own win probability or let the pipeline stage supply one, and the forecast runs in three scenarios across eight quarters. In the sample data, a 3,766,175 pipeline becomes an expected 1,358,909.
It doesn't search for grants. It helps you choose among the ones you've found and keep track of them.
