About Impactory Tools

Impactory builds practical systems for small nonprofits, NGOs, churches, schools and foundations: the spreadsheets, guides and design templates a small team needs to run grants, donors, money and reporting without a large software budget.

Who writes the guides

The guides and templates are written by Maulana Arif Pratama, founder of Impactory, an AI platform for program, grant and impact management used by nonprofits and NGOs.

How the tools are built

  • Each template comes with a demo file filled with fictional, clearly labeled sample data, so nothing real is exposed and every tab can be seen working.
  • The checks inside the tools (reconciliation, restricted funds, quorum, readiness gates) show a warning instead of a misleading number when data is missing.
  • Facts about third-party programs such as Google Ad Grants, Microsoft 365 or Canva for Nonprofits come from those programs' own pages. Terms change, so each guide asks you to check the current rules.
  • We do not promise funding, approvals or donation results. The tools help you prepare and track; the decisions stay with your team and your funders.

What you will find here

The templates are instant downloads sold through our Etsy shop. Readers in Indonesia can find the Indonesian book and bundle at impactory.id/berdaya.
