Nonprofit Donor CRM is an instant download sold on Etsy. Sample data in the demo file is fictional and clearly marked.
View on EtsyA development officer sorting by last contact date will rank a quiet monthly donor below a quarterly funder who is perfectly fine.
The more useful measure is contact cadence. Give each relationship an expected interval (monthly, quarterly, twice a year) and measure overdue against that interval instead of a single cut-off. Then look for two quieter risks. A funder reached through only one person is single-threaded: if that contact leaves, the relationship can go with them, so add a second contact before renewal. And a gift not yet acknowledged after two weeks is a stewardship gap that is easy to close today.
The long list becomes a short plan for the week.
Our Nonprofit CRM OS for Excel and Google Sheets is built on cadence. Donors, grantmakers, sponsors, partners and volunteers share one record, and each relationship gets a 0 to 100 health score from recency, frequency, depth, reciprocity and delivery, with weights you set. It flags single-threaded funders, renewals at risk and gifts not acknowledged after 14 days, and ranks a top-20 "what to do next" list. In the fictional demo, 23 of 40 relationships are overdue against their own cadence.
It isn't connected to email or banks. Built for teams of 1 to 20 staff.
