Corporate Sponsorship Tracker is an instant download sold on Etsy. Sample data in the demo file is fictional and clearly marked.
View on EtsyPartnership managers walking into a renewal meeting get one question first: which of the promised benefits did the sponsor actually receive?
The answer starts at signing. List every promised benefit (logo on the website, a mention at the event, a staff volunteer day) with an owner, a due date and the evidence that shows delivery, such as a link, a photo or a screenshot. Track money received separately from money committed, and keep in-kind value apart from cash. Fulfilment is then simple to report: benefits delivered divided by benefits promised, leaving out any the sponsor waived.
Our Corporate Sponsorship Tracker for Excel and Google Sheets follows each partner from prospect to renewal. Every promised benefit is flagged Critical, At Risk, Watch or On Track with a plain-English reason. A Renewal Readiness score from 0 to 100 names its weakest component, and the Next Action Center gives one action per partner. In the fictional sample, 15 of 27 promised benefits are delivered, 49,500 of 57,500 committed cash has arrived, and the top action is a website logo benefit now 37 days late.
The scores are rule-based and editable. There's no renewal probability, and it puts no market value on sponsor benefits.
