Ramadan & Masjid Operations Kit is an instant download. Sample data in the demo file is fictional and clearly marked.

A masjid runs thirty consecutive days of programmes in Ramadan on volunteer time, and the committee usually discovers tonight's gap somewhere around late afternoon.

What a Ramadan committee needs is not a planner but a shared daily view: today's programmes, tonight's iftar and its sponsor, which volunteer slots are still open, what has been announced and what is still waiting for approval. The planning is the easy half; the hard half is seeing the gap before sunset rather than after it.

Two rules keep the numbers trustworthy across a season. A tentative volunteer is not coverage, and for every iftar night, received should equal served plus takeaway plus leftover plus waste — or the night gets flagged rather than quietly balanced.

The Ramadan & Masjid Operations Kit is a 26-sheet workbook, shipped as a SAMPLE edition filled in for a fictional masjid and a BLANK edition with the same formulas, dropdowns and print settings, with make-a-copy links for the Google Sheets edition. Its daily command centre shows one date at a time; programmes carry a readiness gate that needs an owner, date, place, capacity, volunteers, comms status and a contingency note; giving reconciles net as gross minus fees minus refunds with mismatched designations flagged for finance rather than reclassified; iftar sponsor slots record acknowledgment permission so public credit only appears when the sponsor agreed; and distribution uses anonymous household IDs. With it come a Canva Ramadan website in three styles with 12 sections in desktop and mobile, a communications kit of 11 designs across 77 pages, 15 editable Word forms in US Letter and A4, a 20-page quick start, a 38-page operations handbook and a print pack.

It is not a personal Ramadan journal or worship planner, and it is not a payment processor — giving, registration and volunteer buttons link to your own external services. It calculates no prayer times, sets no moon-sighting dates and gives no zakat, sadaqah or fidyah rulings; dates, fund names and eligibility wording are yours to set and review locally. It contains no Quran or hadith text, and it sends no mass email, SMS or WhatsApp.
