ESG Dashboard for Nonprofits is an instant download. Sample data in the demo file is fictional and clearly marked.

A corporate partner asks for your carbon figures and your ESG indicators, and the honest answer is that nobody in the organisation has ever been asked for them before.

The first decision is not which number to report but which claim you are allowed to make. Keep what you measured apart from what you estimated, write the source, the period and the method beside every figure, and leave words like offset, carbon neutral and certified out of anything you cannot evidence. A funder who sees a modest number with its limitation stated will trust you further than one who finds the gap later.

Once the figures carry their own provenance, the reporting stops being an annual panic. You can answer a partner in an afternoon, and a factor correction next year creates a new calculation run instead of quietly rewriting last year's published number.

The ESG Dashboard for Nonprofits is a 22-tab Excel and Google Sheets workbook, shipped as a DEMO edition filled in for a fictional NGO and a BLANK edition for your own data. It tracks ESG funding per funder, Scope 1, Scope 2 and assessed Scope 3 emissions, environmental and social KPIs, governance, evidence and donor reporting, and shows every KPI's status separately from its confidence, so a good number on weak evidence never hides. A claim gate holds a donor-facing claim until the calculation run is approved and the evidence and limitations are accepted. Fourteen bonus resources cover a starter guide, a 30-day roadmap, the KPI dictionary, six editable policies, carbon and tree-monitoring data forms, and donor, board and corporate-partner report templates.

It is not a certification or assurance tool and declares no compliance with the GHG Protocol, GRI, IFRS, ISO or the SDGs. No country emission factors are included: you add the official factors for your country and year, and the guide shows where to find them. Tree carbon figures are estimates for review, never credits. It was built and tested in Microsoft Excel for Windows and in Google Sheets; Excel for Mac, Excel on the web, Numbers and LibreOffice were not tested.
