The Complete Nonprofit Suite is an instant download. Sample data in the demo file is fictional and clearly marked.
The organisations that end up with twenty disconnected spreadsheets rarely chose them. They bought one tool per crisis, over three years, and each one solved the week it arrived.
Buying the whole back office at once only helps if you also decide the order of installation. Contact records come first, because grants, donors and volunteers all point back to people. Finance and governance follow, then programs and impact, then communications. Setting up everything in the same month usually means nothing is finished, which is why a sequence matters more than the number of files.
The second rule is to give every file one named owner and one fixed day each week when that owner opens it. A system nobody is scheduled to look at is a document, not a system.
The Complete Nonprofit Suite is 52 products across 10 departments — grants, fundraising, donor management, governance, operations, finance, impact, communications, websites and guides — in Excel, Google Sheets, Canva, Word and PDF. You download four files from Etsy: START-HERE.pdf with the private link to your library, Suite-Map.pdf listing all 52 products by department, and a 12-month implementation roadmap as both a spreadsheet and a printable PDF, holding 52 tasks with owners and due dates that follow your start month, a progress dashboard and the next eight things to do. The library itself holds 231 files, about 259 MB, in one folder per product.
It is not software or an app. The workbooks are separate files and do not feed data into each other automatically, there are no logins, permissions or audit trail, and the Canva websites cannot take payments or run forms. If you already own some of these products they are included again, and there is no partial discount.
