Startup Pitch Deck & Fundraising System is an instant download. Sample data in the demo file is fictional and clearly marked.
A first-time founder's pitch usually breaks in the same place: the deck says one revenue number, the model says another, and the investor notices before the founder does.
One set of numbers everywhere is the discipline that prevents it. Build the model first, then let the deck, the one-pager, the plan and the monthly update read their figures from it. Give every claim a class — fact, observed metric, customer evidence, estimate, assumption, projection, target or unknown — with a source and a date, so that actuals, projections and targets never look the same on a slide.
It also helps to stop asking a pre-seed company for things it cannot have. At that stage the evidence is interviews, design partners, letters of intent and prototype usage, not revenue, and a deck that pretends otherwise invites exactly the question it cannot answer.
The Startup Pitch Deck & Fundraising System pairs eight Canva decks with the working parts behind them. Four Excel systems ship as DEMO and BLANK editions: a 36-month financial model with hiring plan, cash flow, burn and runway, unit economics, break-even, funding ask and three scenarios; a market size and validation engine with interview log, competitors, bottom-up TAM, SAM and SOM, pilots, LOIs and a claim ledger; an investor CRM with fit scoring, warm intro map, pipeline aging, meeting log, diligence requests and commitments without double counting; and a fundraising readiness scorecard of 56 questions across 14 weighted domains. The decks — master investor deck with 15 core and 20 appendix slides, pre-seed, seed, demo day, email reading deck, one-pager, monthly update and a GCC/UAE adaptation pack — come as template links and as PowerPoint files, with guidance in every speaker note, alongside 12 Word templates in US Letter and A4 and PDF guides including an 82-page fundraising playbook. The DEMO files are built around a fictional seed-stage company.
It includes no investor names or contact lists and no SAFE, note or term-sheet documents, and it is not legal, tax, securities, accounting or investment advice. It guarantees no funding, meetings or valuation, and every demo name and number is fictional.
