Nonprofit Newsletter Templates in Canva + Email Planner

Communications coordinators who export a whole newsletter as one Canva image send emails that some readers can't read or click.

• Images can be blocked by email apps, and screen readers can't read text inside a picture. A hybrid build avoids both problems:
• Export only the graphics from Canva: header, photo, chart.
• Type the headline and body as live text in your email platform.
• Make every button a real link, not a picture of a button.
• Add alt text to each image.
• Send a test to a phone before sending to the list.

The email then looks designed and still works for every reader.

Our Nonprofit Newsletter & Email Kit is built for this method and works with a free Canva account. It has 52 email layouts, from short timely emails and weekly updates to monthly editions and stage layouts for five campaign sequences, plus a library of 33 blocks. Each page has writing prompts in its Canva Notes, and there are subject line and preheader frameworks. Every number, quote and name is a visible sample. An Excel planner covers a 12-month plan, a content queue from IDEA to SENT, and a KPI log where blank results stay blank.

Canva doesn't send email. You build the email in the platform you already use.
